Junior League of Annapolis and Sponsors Support 5K Run

Annapolis, MD [September 24, 2008] – Junior League of Annapolis, Inc., invites the community to participate in the second annual Volunteers on the Run 5K at Quiet Waters Park at the Red Maple Pavilion in Annapolis on Saturday, October 4, 2008 at 8:30 AM. Registration for Volunteers on the Run 5K is available at www.active.com. This is a family friendly event for racers, runners, and walkers. Prizes will be presented for age groups 10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60 & over. Random post-race prizes will also be awarded for runners present.
