When can I join?
New provisional classes form twice a year within Junior League of Annapolis. The fall class runs from September through December; the spring class runs from January to May. Women interested in joining and attending a Provisional Open House (held throughout the year) are welcome to learn more by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
A proposed member must be registered as a Provisional with the Provisional Committee Chair by the first provisional training session of the spring or fall class.

Junior League of Annapolis, Inc. has a current membership of over 300 women who donate over 20,000 service hours to the community each year. The Junior League reaches out to all women of any race, religion or national origin who demonstrate an interest in and a commitment to voluntarism. JLA also trains members to act effectively as community volunteers through an established volunteer leadership training curriculum.
The first year of active service in Junior League of Annapolis is a provisional year. Provisional members have the opportunity to volunteer for all JLA community outreach and fundraising projects.
Who can join Junior League of Annapolis?
To be eligible to join Junior League of Annapolis as a prospective member, a woman must be age 21 and older and reside in Anne Arundel County or in its vicinity. The candidate must possess an interest in voluntarism, a commitment to community service and an interest in developing further potential for voluntary community participation.
What is the enrollment process?
During the Provisional year, a robust program of training courses is offered that allows women to learn more about their community and experience the various League-sponsored avenues for volunteerism and develop leadership skills.
