Revitalize and Empower: A Wellness Event Hosted by the Junior League

Join us on February 22 from 10 AM to 12 PM at Camp Letts for an enriching day at the JLA Wellness event! Junior League members, bring your friends and enjoy a rejuvenating experience with activities designed to boost your physical, mental, and emotional health.

Event Highlights:

  • Happy Seed Co.: Discover amazing products like the Serenity Garden and participate in a raffle for herbal teas and a gift card.
  • Chair Yoga with Brittany Gregory: Start your day with a calming yoga session. Brittany discovered her love for yoga in 2016 through a stand-up paddleboard class. She emphasizes accessibility and mindfulness in her teaching, using props and offering variations to ensure all students can connect with their practice.
