Junior League of Annapolis, Inc. Presents Free Public Seminar for Women’s Stress Management (12/23/06)

Annapolis, Maryland [December 23, 2006] – On Wednesday, February 28, 2007 from 6:30 P.M. to 9:30 P.M, the Junior League of Annapolis, Inc. Education and Training Committee will host a seminar on Women’s Stress Management entitled Balancing your Mind, Body & Spirit.  The event will be held in lecture room #219 in the Cade Building at Anne Arundel Community College in Arnold, MD.

Women’s Stress Management: Balancing your Mind, Body & Spirit, addresses the various pressures that busy women encounter and how to healthfully manage them. This event will include leaders in the community who will discuss workplace stress; techniques for stress management; nutrition and stress; and stress reduction.

The presenters include:

• Tom Ruggieri – Director of the Faculty Staff Assistance Program at University of Maryland, College Park and Administrator of the campus Emergency Loan Fund.
• Elisa Velarde – a Newfield Network trained, Insights accredited success coach who specializes in individual and group motivation and achievement.
• Michael Sallustio – Owner of The Lifestyle Center of Annapolis, where he helps others to change their health and their lives for the better as a personal fitness trainer, nutritional consultant and lifestyle coach.
• Suzette Langley – Lifestyle Coach and MSW; Owner of Passion for Life Coaching, which offers individual and group coaching services as well as corporate programs, educational workshops, and lectures.
