  • 1 (12-ounce) package Bibb lettuce
  • 2 yellow bell peppers
  • 4 ounces provolone cheese, sliced
  • 4 ounces roasted turkey, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup blue cheese vinaigrette

Cook the bacon in a skillet until crisp; drain and crumble. Tear the lettuce into bite-size pieces. Cut the bell peppers into bite-size pieces. Layer the lettuce, cheese, turkey, tomatoes, bell peppers and bacon in a large salad bowl. Pour the vinaigrette over the top just before serving.
