Community Impact Director

Rhonda Caldwell-Dove

Rhonda is a proud Maryland native, from Anne Arundel County. She joined the Junior League of Annapolis in 2022. Rhonda is currently the Director of the Community Impact and Outreach Committee. Rhonda is committed to finding creative and impactful opportunities for league member to collaborate and partner with other groups in Anne Arundel County that are committed to advocating and improving the lives of women and their children.

Rhonda is a 2011 recipient of the prestigious Fannie Lou Hamer Award, a 2005 recipient of the S. Brown Distinguished Mother Award, for Jack and Jill of America, Inc., Eastern Region and the 2023 recipient of the prestigious Thelma T. Daley Pearl Award, given by the Northern Arundel County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

Rhonda works for the Maryland General Assembly in the Maryland House of Delegates. A lifelong member and servant leader at St. Mark United Methodist Church in Hanover, Rhonda serves as Co-Chair of the Staff Parish Relations Committee.

Rhonda fervently believes “to whom much is given, much is required”, Luke 12:48.
